An Important Notice Concerning Customer Privacy

 This Privacy Notice is addressed to Tronix Country, LLC customers in the United States. This Notice explains how we collect, use and safeguard information about you and how to limit the use and disclosure of your information. In this Notice, “Tronix Country,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Tronix Country, LLC. Your Layaway Account with us is referred to as “Account.”

 
What Information Do We Collect?
We obtain information about you form a variety of sources. You provide us with information about yourself, for example, by submitting account application information. This includes your name, address, social security number, and income information. Other sources, such as credit reporting agencies and providers of marketing information, may furnish us with additional information about your identity, credit history, purchasing preferences, and other matters. We also obtain information about you in connection with our efforts to protect against fraud.

What Do We Do With Account Information?
We use Account information in connection with delivering products and services to you. To do this it may be necessary to share it with related companies in connection with delivering these products and services to you. We may also share Account information with other financial companies with whom we jointly offer products and services. Any company we share your information with adheres to similar privacy principles as us.

How do you safeguard information about me?
We take a number of steps to protect the privacy of information about you. Here are some examples. We keep information under physical, electronic or procedural controls that comply with or may exceed governmental standards. We authorize our employees, agents and contractors to get information about you only when they need it to do their work for us. We require companies working for us to protect information. They agree to use your information only to provide the services we ask them to perform for us.

Is information about me shared in any other ways?
Yes. We may also share information about in other ways, as required or permitted by law. Here are some examples of ways that we share information: to protect against fraud; to respond to a subpoena; to service your account; to report to a credit bureau.

What choices do I have about information sharing?
You may tell us not to share information about you with other companies outside of those companies involved with servicing your Account. Even if you do tell us not to share, we may do so as required or permitted by law, and if you have authorized us to share information in connection with that product or service.

How do I tell you about my privacy choices?

Each person may separately make privacy choices, and joint account holders may make privacy choices for each other. If only one joint account holder makes a privacy choice, information about the other joint account holder may be shared.

Special Notice for Vermont Residents.
In order to comply with Vermont law, we will automatically treat accounts with Vermont mailing addresses as if you have made both of the privacy choices listed above. In addition, if we disclose information about you to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements, we will only disclose your name, contact information and information about your transactions.

Special Notice for California Residents.
In order to comply with California law, the following applies if your account has a California mailing address. Even if you do not execute your privacy option as listed above, we will not share information that we have about you with non-financial companies outside our family of companies, unless otherwise permitted by law. We will not share information about you within, or with financial companies outside, our family of companies unless we first provide you with further privacy choices or unless permitted by law.

Who is covered by this Policy?
This Policy covers Tronix Country, LLC and any of its subsidiaries. This Policy applies to current and former consumer customers.
